Glossary:

The regulation of charges for physicians and dentists, in the following (GPÄ) and (GOZ) mentioned, regulates the abrechenbaren achievements of the physicians. The Federal Government issues this regulation of charges. In addition, the increase factor of the respective basic charges the physician specifies, has the responsibility this in every detail to fulfill. A exceeding of the respectively specified sentence is to be justified.
