In certain kinds of tariff of the private old age pension insurance it is possible that the deposited contributions are disbursed with the death of the insured person before reaching the beginning of pension. The contribution restitution is not natural, since the old age pension insurance represents a risk insurance on reaching the pensionable age, contrary to a capital life insurance.
