New public service employment law - official status again regularly
Starting from 2009 a new right is valid for all federal officials
The German Bundestag at the end of of 2008 adopted the new public service employment law for 1,8 millions officials. All rules to status, salary, supply as well as transport were completely again seized.
The reform of the new official right enjoys of large progress. End of the yearly 2008 was adopted the new public service employment law re-organization law (DNeuG) on the part of the German Bundestag. With this law in the future all regulations are again seized to the ranges status, salary and supply of the woman officials and officials. To note it is however that after these new regulations the Förderalismusreform only for woman officials and officials of the federation are valid. The Federal states however must adopt still own laws.
The trial period
For all official careers uniform trial period is introduced from three years.
Change facilitates
The change between public service and private sector is facilitated.
Retirement age on 67 years
The retirement age rises as gradual with the legal pension to 67 years.
Reduction of experience stages
Instead of as before twelve age stages there are in the future only eight experience stages.
The special payments
Into the basic salary table the general Stellenzulage and the remaining special payment at a value of 30 per cent of a monthly purchase are integrated.
Special payments second step
In a second step further 30 per cent to 1 January 2011 are integrated.
