The age limits for woman officials and officials
The rising pensionable age does not only concern „normal “employees, meanwhile is also the officials by it affected. Officials of federation, countries and municipalities must adjust themselves to the fact that also their pension entrance age is raised.
In the legal old age pension insurance there is a country wide uniform regulation, this is with officials not like that. Here each of the 16 Federal states themselves determines over the pension entrance age. Some regulations are nevertheless and are adjusting to be explained:
Early retirement with officials and National Union of Civil Servants members decreases/goes back
Officials, whose birth year reaches up to the class 1946, can go still anticipated payment-free with the age from 65 years into the retirement.
If an official before the 1.Januar 1952 born and in the service of the fire-brigade, German Federal Armed Forces or in the fire-technical service is busily, this can step with 60 years into the retirement. It must have been in addition 22 years in the service.
On request an official can go also further with 63 years into pension. This has however as a consequence that he must accept a higher anticipated payment during the pension payment.
An official that reached at least 45 pensionable service years, can reach with 65. Year of life into the retirement change. Included in the 45 service years is also the time of the child education.
A heavily handicapped official, who was born up to the class 1951,
can enter further with 60 years the pension.
Starting from class 1952 the request age limit is raised of 60 to 62 years. The legal age limit of heavily obstructed employees is raised of 63 to 65 years.
An serve-unable official, who carried at least 40 pensionable service years out at the time of its retirement, may step anticipated payment-free into the retirement, if it 63. Year of life completed. (With retirements to 2023 there is only 35 years service)
In former times in pension:
The age limit for most working persons amounts to 67 years, also with the officials.
This is not valid however for humans, whose activity brings a heavy physical load with itself, so among other things also not for firefighters. This occupational group can go with 60 years into pension. Likewise this regulation is valid for officials in the execution of sentences service and also for some officials with the state criminal police agencies.

Many Federal states revise their pension regulations for officials still. Planned it is however uniform that all new rules step starting from 2011 or 2012 into force.
